Shipping. Standard shipping is $9.99, with free shipping on orders over $350. Faster options are available at checkout for an additional cost; please note the free shipping threshold does not apply for these expedited options. Every Marelle product is fully made before sales open, so you are never waiting months for a back-ordered set. That said, Marelle is one woman start to finish, and I package and ship every order myself, so please allow up to one to two weeks for your order to make its way to you. It is worth the wait, and it comes from my table to yours.
Returns. Because every Marelle product is made by hand in small batches, I am not able to offer refunds. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit, with return shipping covered by the customer. Tile sets must have the shrink wrap intact to be eligible. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, that one is on me — tell me and I will make it right!

We got our Mahjong set last weekend and wow we were so impressed at how amazing the set looks and feels. I’ve been playing mah-jongg once a week for a year and this is by far the best set I’ve ever played with. Love the feel of the tiles and of course love the theme of the grove. It couldn’t be any cuter, but the best quality is in the intricate design features. Love everything about it, and it makes me so joyful to look at all the grove themes from Ole Miss.

My Grove Collection full suite just arrived. I cannot get over how gorgeous it is! The layered tiles, the velvet pouches, the mat, the racks, the tote bag -- every bit of it! Absolutely every detail has been thought of from the cleverness of the characters on the tiles to the simple elegance of the mat. This collection makes for a perfectly and beautifully set mahjong table. Highly recommend!

The absolute best tiles! So much included in the full suite you don’t need anything else! This was very first set and it has everything. Such great weight when playing with the tiles and so cute. Also love the story behind every tile!
