Refund policy

Every Marelle product is made by hand, in small batches, by one person. Because of that, I am not able to offer refunds — but I do want you to be happy with what arrives, so here is how I make that right.

If you change your mind. Reach out within 14 days of delivery at info@marellemahjong.com. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned for store credit in the full amount you paid for the item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unopened means exactly that. Tile sets must come back with the shrink wrap intact — once it has been opened or removed, the set is no longer eligible.

Store credit is issued once the returned item arrives and has been inspected. It does not expire, and you can use it on anything in the shop.

If something is wrong, that is different. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 14 days and I will make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Gift credits are non-refundable.
